Receptionist

We are currently looking for a receptionist to support the reception team at our modern, family-run business.

YOU WILL BRING

  • Experience in reception/reservations or similar positions always an advantage
  • Sincere, customer-friendly demeanor
  • Motivation, flexibility and joy working in a team
  • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of PMS Protel a definite advantage
  • Self-reliant and businesslike approach to work

YOU CAN EXPECT

  • A modern, family-operated hotel and restaurant with international guests
  • Greet guests, check guests in and out
  • Guest assistance
  • Process enquiries and reservations
  • Organizational and administrative duties in the front- and back office
